Downloads & Enrolment Requirements

*PLEASE NOTE*

A resource/textbook deposit of $100 per family is now processed at time of enrolment. This deposit is payable by Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Cash only and is refunded when your resources/textbooks are returned to Summit

(All required forms and documents are below in PDF format.)

Note the following enrolment requirements for each student:

Full-time Students (K-12):

Part-time/Cross-enrolled Students (Gr 9-12):

Adult Students:

International Students:

*A copy of a Birth Certificate or Passportis required for all students

 

There are four ways to submit completed enrolment packages :

Enrolment Forms (PDFs):

General K-12 Enrolment Form (Distributed Learning)

Use this form for any school-aged student who will be enrolled ONLY at Summit.

Cross-Enrolment Form (Part-time High School Courses - DL)

Use this form for Gr. 10/11/12 students and International Students taking one or more Summit courses, who are also enrolled at another highschool.

Adult Enrolment Form (Distributed Learning)

Use this form for previously graduated adults, or adults working towards graduation completion.

Registration Form (Home Schooling)

Use this form for school-aged children who are being homeschooled under a parent-led program which does not lead to a BC Dogwood Diploma.

2011/12 Grad Planner available online!

The Grad Planner is a Ministry-produced document prepared for students entering the Graduation Program. The document outlines graduation requirements, means of getting graduation credit, and provides information about Graduation Program exams as well as funding post-secondary education. The Grad Planner also contains numerous links to websites with helpful information. The 2011/12 Grad Planner is now available on the Ministry website HERE
